Bashful Lion (Medium)

Retired: Yes — after 2024

Still on sale in June 2024; retired some time after.

Bashful Lion from the Jungle series brings the perfect blend of gentle charm and playful spirit that Jellycat collectors know and love. This medium soft toy captures the essence of a rugby-loving lion who's surprisingly scrappy on the field, always diving into the ruck with enthusiasm. Despite his cuddly appearance, he's got a bit of a temper when it comes to ball handling, though his shy nature shines through off the pitch. Whether he's practicing scrum techniques or simply offering soft paws and shy smiles, Bashful Lion embodies the perfect balance of playful energy and quiet determination that makes him such a beloved addition to any collection.
