You may not use another person's account or create accounts for the purpose of abusing the service.

5. Catalogue Submissions

When you suggest a Jellycat for addition to the catalogue, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We reserve the right to reject or edit any submission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the service in bulk • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service • Use the service for any unlawful purpose • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Intellectual Property

Rare Jellies is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with Jellycat Ltd. All Jellycat product names, images, and trademarks are the property of Jellycat Ltd. We make no claim of ownership over any Jellycat intellectual property.

The Rare Jellies platform, its design, and original content are owned by Rare Jellies.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the catalogue. Pricing and availability information, where shown, is indicative only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rare Jellies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
