This retired undefeated long-distance swimmer is revered as a local legend for his impeccable poolside posture and booming voice of encouragement. He is especially proud of his pool, enforcing a strict no-bombing, no-splashing, and no-running policy unless a towel is in danger of blowing away. Thanks to his supportive guidance, friends like Ricky Rain Frog have found newfound confidence in the deep end while Budgeby Parrot manages tropical duties elsewhere.
