Tully Turtle is an endlessly enthusiastic surfer-in-training who is completely determined to ride the perfect swell. Even though she hasn’t quite figured out how to stand up, paddle, or swim in a straight line, her sheer excitement more than makes up for the learning curve. Each morning, she proudly hauls her oversized surfboard to the water’s edge, meticulously applies the wax, and patiently watches the horizon for the right swell.
